Students are provided with all the refined standard facilities from library, canteen, laboratories and many more to benefit and enjoy while at the campus.
The college has a central computer centre in the campus. Besides offering short term courses in computer applications, students are given facilities for the study of computer applications included in the regular syllabus and to use the internet facility for research and other educational activities at a concessional rate. Rt. Rev. Mathews Mar Athanasius
Morning worship is held at 9.00 a.m. on all days in the Rt. Rev. Mathews Mar Athanasius Meditation Centre. Students of all religious denominations can attend the morning prayers. Each day during lunch break regular meetings are held by various religious associations like SCM, Mar Thoma Students Association, Mar Gregorious Orthodox Christian Students Movement, Evangelical Union and Campus Crusade under the common umbrella of Christian College Fellowship (CCF).
A Language Laboratory, attached to English Department functions effectively. Both students and teachers are given training in phonetics in the lab.
Sports and Games
Christian College has a long tradition of excellence in sports and games. Students of this college are divided into four houses, which compete in a healthy manner in the college Annual Athletic Meet and games every year. Competitions in track and field as well as recreational items are held for students, teachers and administrative staff, and the winners are awarded prizes. Regular coaching is given to college football, cricket, badminton and wrestling teams.
Women’s hostel caters to the residential needs of female students of the college, mainly post-graduate students. The non-resident warden and the resident warden of the hostel look after the affairs of the hostel, ensuring discipline and well-being of the inmates. 100 students can be accommodated in the hostel.
